The Cincinnati Fan RBE-19 is a heavy-duty, industrial radial blade exhauster designed for high-pressure air handling in demanding environments. With its rugged welded steel construction, dynamically balanced wheel, and heavy-duty pillow block bearings, the RBE-19 delivers reliable performance for material handling, dust collection, combustion air, and general industrial ventilation applications.
Wheel Design: Diameter - 33", radial blade wheel, welded steel blades for durability, dynamically balanced for smooth operation.
Capacity & Performance: Available in Series 18, 25, 32, and 40 to meet different static pressure and volume requirements; wheel diameter of 33" with an inlet area of 1.96 ft² and outlet area of 1.97 ft².
Drive Arrangements: Offered in multiple AMCA-standard arrangements including belt drive (Arrangements 1, 9, 9CB, 10) and direct drive (Arrangements 4, 4HM, 8) for flexibility in installation.
Operating Temperatures:
Standard belt drive: up to 300°F
High-temperature design: up to 750°F
Standard direct drive: up to 200°F
High-temperature direct drive: up to 400°F.
Construction: Continuously welded housings to prevent pulsation, steel parts cleaned, phosphatized, and finished with oven-cured gray enamel; all bearings are grease-lubricated, heavy-duty, self-aligning ball bearings.
Reversible Housing: Housings are rotatable in 45° increments for flexible discharge positioning.
Materials: Available in standard steel, aluminum, or stainless steel for corrosion resistance.
