Our Price Match Guarantee ensures that you always get the most competitive price for our products. If you find the same product at a lower price from an eligible competitor, we will match it—provided it meets our policy terms.
Which competitors are eligible for a price match?

The competitor must be an authorized North American seller. Private sellers (e.g., eBay, Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist) and auction sites are excluded.
What proof do I need to provide?

You must present clear evidence of the lower price, such as an official quote.
Does the competitor’s price need to include a warranty?

Yes. The item must be brand new, in its original sealed packaging, and come with a comparable guarantee or warranty to be eligible.
Can the item be a different model or version?

No. The product must be identical in brand, model number, and specifications.
Can I request a price match after making my purchase?

No. Price match requests must be made before completing your purchase.
How often can I request a price match?

As many as you are eligible for.
How long does it take to get a response?

We aim to respond to all price match requests within 24 hours. If approved, our sales team will contact you directly. If we cannot match the price, we will explain why by email.
